For the price, this little sofa is okay. It's really just a big futon, so it's not very comfortable and it's fairly low quality, but you can't expect much at this price point. It was easy to put together. The arms slid right into their brackets and the legs either screw directly into the frame or go in with an allen wrench. It only took about 10 minutes to assemble. The back has 3 positions - flat, reclined, and upright. The mechanism to alternate between the positions works fine. Just lift until it clicks. The seat is very firm and too deep for me (5'5, 220 lbs), but I could sit on it with a pillow behind my back.Biggest problem is it doesn't feel sturdy and the support is inconsistent across the seat. Some places dip more than others which results in lopsided sitting positions. The cup holder is attached to the back of the couch with a stiff panel and a scrap of fabric, so it is free to move about, and if someone bumps it or sits too close it does move. You could push the back of the cup holder back between the cushions where it came from to hold it more securely, but the stiff panel is too long, so to do this you'd have to cut the cup holder loose from the rest of the couch - I do not recommend this! The cups can be removed for easy cleaning, so that's a plus. It's a very pretty couch, and the velvet fabric is super soft, it's just flimsy and uncomfortable. But hey, you get what you pay for, and all in all, it's not bad.Received this couch last December and was super easy to put together and is super cute. The fabric is really soft and matches the picture to a t. The only problem is that after a few months it got slightly wobbly and when I was laying with my head against the armrest the armrest came completely off of the metal part that connects it to the couch. Overall when bought it was a great couch for the price it was.Easy assemble, even with just one person. The look is GREAT, the fabric is a rich purple/burgundy and it's SOFT. It's also very easy to clean and my huskie's dog hair does not cling to it like it did my old couch. Making it into bed mode is strange, as the sitting portion and the other side are just different in density. Not going to lie, this thing is wobbly. BUT, I don't feel as though it will collapse. It just.... wiggles kinda when you sit down on it. For the price point, appearance, fabric type it's a good deal.I purchased this sofa to put in our den, as a little reading area... Not intended for everyday use.I wasn't expecting the most comfy or heavy duty piece of furniture, especially given the price. Just something I could sit on for a few hours every once in awhile, when I had some time to myself. This looks nice aesthetically, was perfect for what I was looking for. It was fairly easy to put together, I was able to do so myself, just needing the husband to help me turn it upright. It wasn't exactly comfortable, but not unbearable. However, after only a few months (April-July), the leg has broken off, and it's unusable. It's only been sat on a handful of times.I would NOT recommend this to anyone that is even remotely looking to purchase something to sit on. This would be great for a show piece, or staging an office or a house, but not for use. Don't waste your money. We didn't purchase the warranty (which was our fault), but because it was only going to be used so sparingly, we thought it would last at least a few years. Huge mistake. Some of the pre drilled holes barely lined up. Super low sitting couch. Quality is passable. Middle support is questionable. It looks great! Glad it’s in room for 90% visual rather than daily use. Do not not regret buying for my personal purpose.Good for a month then the wooden support for the back leg broke. Now we have a weight supporting that corner. We like it hate it was damaged during shipment when we unpacked it. It isn't strong enough to support someone of big size.
