I am writing this review with the expectation that it will not be erased...I received this product on time but, while I appreciate the promptness, it was 6:00 a.m. and I later found out that my phone's ringer malfunctioned. I called the customer service to apologize, to no avail. However the delivery person was very hostile and unprofessional... NEVER AGAIN! his exactly remark was "WELL IT'S DELIVERED" and drove away!As far as the product goes, the exterior is nice, but the interior of the drawers are made out of chintzy inferior materials. In comparison to the other wooden chest and dressers I own, this is the worst ever. If I knew this product was made in Vietnam, I would never have bought it!!!!I have given mostly good reviews, which always show up on Amazon but whenever I write a negative review, it somehow disappears.I am not a internet person, as in I don't follow fb, twitter, etc.; but if I have to, I will post this on every site.
