This is definitely a gorgeous chair and we loved it immensely! I bought four of them to fill the space on the long island in our kitchen, and we are very happy with our purchase. It's very sturdy, stable and solid, and it just looks very stylish. The few small things that I wanted to mention are: 1) the chair is heavy and not very easy to move around if you need to do it. It's better if it stays in one place without moving around. 2) It swivels, rotates around, but I would prefer a smoother movement. When it rotates, you have a feeling that something is holding it when rotation starts, but after that initial friction, the chairs swivels easier. On some chairs that we have you almost feel like something is grinding a little bit during rotation. Not a big deal, but it looks like it needs a better bearing, or lazy susan. 3) The chairs were tricky to assemble because of a not very good assembly instructions, and because of the constructions of parts. It was hard to align the metal legs with a seat, hard to find a right position to insert the screws, and hard to attach the bottom ring to legs. After a few tries I figured out that the easiest way to do it is to put all screws where they supposed to be and only screw them in a little bit leaving the final tightening for the end of the process. If I tried to tighten the screws earlier, I always ended up with some unaligned holes on parts. Once the hard part of assembling the chair is done, you will love it!
