Very nice and very comfortable.This barstool is not "prime" but Zuri Furniture was very prompt to give me a response and to send me a new base (which had scratches). The customer service is very great.Love itIs there a way we can get a replacement base unit for this stool. The upper seat is fine We bought these stools 8/11/2019? I like the stainless finish - it hides fingerprints over the chrome finishes. The air pressure up and down works great and feels high quality and solid! The foot rests are sturdy. Everyone who sits on them comments on how comfy they are . the backrest is not too far back - you don't feel like you are going to fall backwardsGreat chair and snappy color for our counter office space.
