Working well. The drawers and doors all operate smoothly and it looks pretty good for a cheap desk. Just be sure you know it's not white, it's an off-white. I knew this from other reviews and I like the look.Took quite some time to put together, maybe 5-6 hours, but the instructions were clear and all the pieces, including the over 300 hardware bits, were intact and unscratched. There were EXACTLY the needed number of each type of screw and bolt and whatnot, so keep careful track of them- it would probably help for Bush Industries to put in a few extra, just in case. The little tube of glue was useless, as the glue had either dried or was too thick to squeeze out, and you'll probably need more anyway, so get some carpenter's glue. There are a lot of steps and most need the previous steps done first, so, for those of you who are inclined to just wing it, I highly recommend you RTFM (read the f***in' manual). If I have one recommendation it would be to have a solid back to the lower half of the hutch. I'd like to mount a board for notes, pictures, etc. I'll get a board that is slightly bigger than the openings and cover them up.Other than that, highly recommended.
