The product it self was great. -Kitchen was well made - cabinets and drawers open and close - fits perfect in 1:12 scale dollhouseHowever, this product was shipped in a BAG! The kitchen was shipped in a flimsy box inside of the bag. The top of the box had a clear top displaying the item. Due to the fact that it was shipped in a bag it arrived damaged. The counter top had a chipped off corner, and the cabinet door was broken in half. This is not acceptable shipping for this kind of product.Had it been shipped properly and the product arrived undamaged, the product would get a 4 star review. But, I feel it is necessary to review all aspects of the process not just the product alone.
